Review of the RIAS, Car Insurance:

Avoid at all costs

My car was hit - I wasn't in it but the other driver left name and address. No fault?? When the other driver's insurance didn't pay up fast enough RIAS turned it into my fault and increased the premium. The e-mail they say they sent disappeared so they cancelled my policy and I knew nothing about it. The company theat "Goes the extra mile" couldnt care less about it's customers. Communication and customer service are appalling. Reviewed on: 4th September 2024

Reliable Cover

I've never had any problems with my insurance company and have been with them for several years. They always sort out any issues quickly. Reviewed on: 12th September 2016

5 star cover at a reasonable price

Good price for great cover sums up my review. Definitely intend to continue to insure my car with RIAS if the price stays fair. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015
