xcover insurance

Guys Don’t fall for this insurance .Its screwup .All they need is only to take your money .But when you actually need help ,there is no one to help. There is no phone number or email you can call or email. I both my ticket and choose them. I was in trouble and needed to cancel my flight .Tried that contact form at least 7 times ,and no one come back to me for 3 months .I contacted Ryanair and they advised me to just not show up on flight and do claim when date is over .When i did claim ,they actually contacted me in next working day. Obviously they said that they won’t pay out any payments regarding cancelation .Tried to explain my problem and that I tried to contact them multiple times during 3 months but they didn’t want to know. I could sale tickets or change dates. But because I was told to not do anything and do claim after my return date ,I lost everything . Guys I lost 5 k .Really don’t fall for this one .There are other good companies ,but this one is a disaster Reviewed on: 27th November 2022
