Review of the Ryanair, Travel Insurance:

Avoid Ryanair and also their insurances!!!

I booked a flight with insurance included with Ryanair in July. My bags and possessions were stolen during my holiday so had and could only return to a different country than my originally planned destination. I asked Ryanair to change my flight to the new destination, they said they can't, then I asked to refund my return flight, they said they can't. I then asked them why I have paid insurance if they can't do anything? They told me to contact the insurance provider to sort it with them as they can't help. I contacted the insurance provider, and guess what apparently as I left my stuff unattended in our car, they can't help. Yes, stuff needs attendance 24/7 everywhere if you want the insurance to work and also they directed me back to Ryanair to ask for help. They are a joke a proper joke... Every single one of them. Stop wasting money on insurance, you will be better off (and also you can't reach anyone either at the insurance provider when you need to speak with them). Reviewed on: 18th July 2025
