It's a scam, don't pay for it, you won't get your money back even if you have a good enough reason why you didn't make it to the flight.

Standard insurance for holidays, not so expensive. Haven't made a claim so cannot judge on this.

There is no phone number or email you can call or email. I both my ticket and choose them. I was in trouble and needed to cancel my flight .Tried that contact form at least 7 times ,and no one come back to me for 3 months .I contacted Ryanair and they advised me to just not show up on flight and do claim when date is over .When i did claim ,they actually contacted me in next working day. Obviously they said that they won’t pay out any payments regarding cancelation .Tried to explain my problem and that I tried to contact them multiple times during 3 months but they didn’t want to know. I could sale tickets or change dates. But because I was told to not do anything and do claim after my return date ,I lost everything .
