The service is amazing . The staff are excellent and each time I have asked for help I have received excellent customer service/ information and they are swift in replying to any query

I have been with the company for a number of years and I am very happy with the service I have received. Previously I experienced a period of difficulties and after contacting them I was surprised how quickly I was able to secure a loan. Currently with covid19 I was able to use some of the money I had in my account to help me during this hard time. I have also recommended my colleagues/friends and family. My daughter who has an account is now going off to university this September 2020 and will be able to use the funds she has and is delighted to continue to make regular payments to her account. The name says it all. Serves and protects!

I have been with the credit union for years. I have had numerous savings policies over the years and now retired have them for my grandchildren. They offer a fantastic range of products from savings to loans etc and always available to discuss the one that matches your needs. With Serve and Protect I still feel looked after and still part of the Force which I served in for 30 years. This company now serves me. Well done Reviewed on: 25th June 2020

Every day hero's always going the extra miles
