Brilliant personal service

I have been a member of this credit union for over 30 years and I have always found them exceptionally helpful. Recently I had to approach for a large loan after my daughter and two grandchildren left a long abusive relationship with nothing and effectively was starting again. The credit union were absolutely brilliant, empathetic and very efficient providing my wife and I and my daughter with real peace of mind. I really cannot praise them highly enough. Have been a customer for a few years now. Excellent saving schemes among other services they provide. Much better than High Street Banks, for investments, savings etc. Also if you have to call and speak to anyone the customer service teams are amazing and cannot do enough to help and advise Reviewed on: 25th June 2020
