Having used an ESTATE AGENT , for 7 years only to find that their knowledge and in house communications are very poor when it comes to individual properties and when a staff member leaves or a portfolio is passed to a new person the information needed is not transferred properly to new personnel , I decided I could do a better job and so far so good especially with the help of TDS and Simply Business . Both products are fair to all involved and the landlord can concentrate on ensuring the tenants are happy and getting a fair return on their rental cost. Reviewed on: 19th September 2026
