Simply Business is an incompetent shambles with tech from the ark that makes it as hard as possible for a customer to do a simple... Simply Business is an incompetent shambles with tech from the ark that makes it as hard as possible for a customer to do a simple renewal on-line. Took me two hours through a welter of endless passwords and misfiring tecg to do it. Then as I got my renewal policy that starts in Julky 2026 - the start date is given as 2025 - which means the policy is already void! This is the kind of service you can expect. Don't bother - I will be going elsewhere next renewal. Read more Read less

Having used an ESTATE AGENT , for 7 years only to find that their knowledge and in house communications are very poor when it comes to individual properties and when a staff member leaves or a portfolio is passed to a new person the information needed is not transferred properly to new personnel , I decided I could do a better job and so far so good especially with the help of TDS and Simply Business . Both products are fair to all involved and the landlord can concentrate on ensuring the tenants are happy and getting a fair return on their rental cost. Read more Read less

Simply Business were recommended to me by a business contact so I looked them up and processed my business insurance quote via their website using the criteria I stated, 6 quotes were available from different providers almost immediately so I chose the most appropriate and placed my order.
