Simply Business Simply S***t

Simply Business is an incompetent shambles with tech from the ark that makes it as hard as possible for a customer to do a simple renewal on-line. Took me two hours through a welter of endless passwords and misfiring tecg to do it. Then as I got my renewal policy that starts in Julky 2026 - the start date is given as 2025 - which means the policy is already void! This is the kind of service you can expect. Don't bother - I will be going elsewhere next renewal. Reviewed on: 16th July 2026
