** BUYER BEWARE** Firstly I would like to apologise sincerely to the scores and scores of people to whom I have recommended this set-up " CIA Insurance Services Ltd". As is so often we do not see the real principles, strengths and ethos of a company until we come to rely on their service, products or standards. I recently had to inform them of the death of a policy holder, at this point their representitive ERIN HOW told me the insurance was nil and void - with immediate effect. In otherwords the property was uninsured and that I had to purchase another product at a much increased price. I have now been told by AMY HOLLIS that this advice was wrong and the policy could simply and without cost, additional stress and upset have been transferred in to the name of the executors. However, their representitive clearly saw this already distressing situation and my vulnerability as an opportunity to sell me a product I did not neeed or require. I find this sort of underhand behaviour abhorrent and it sickens me to the stomach that any company can try and capitalise and gain advantage from the death of a policy holder. This must be without doubt THE worst behaviour let alone service I have ever received I can not imagine the situation had I had to make a claim.....................Reviewed on 4th October 2019Rob Dale
