Great product, quick and easy to claim

Simply Awful

Absolute shambles of a company Absolute shambles of a company. The app doesn’t work (always says wrong password but you can log into the website with the same details), your claims take weeks to process and they find any reason not to pay you in line with your policy even if they have to make one up. I had emergency dental work done when a filling was damaged and 2 teeth with it which should be 100% covered in my policy. They insisted on then seeing 2 years of dental records wh... Used for years, always easy to get money refunded for dental, eyes or other treatment. Simple to use policy which is great for basics. Reviewed on: 1st October 2017

Avoids nasty shocks from dental or optical bills

I've had the Simplyhealth Cash Plan (at the middle rate) for a few years now and as I have to pay at least some private dental and optician bills every year, I've found it really helpful. It spreads the payment, but also protects against any nasty shocks, because whatever the bill, a set amount will be paid by the cash plan. And if, as happened to me one year, you suddenly need to see a private consultant, it pays for half the consultant fees up to a set amount too. I've alway... Reviewed on: 18th July 2017
