Awful service. Avoid.

From start to finish an awful experience. Impossible to set up profile, claims denied for spurious reasons (then paid when challenged), endless waits on hold for customer service and little understanding of issues or resolutions. I'm moving the account for my business and its 4 employees elsewhere. Reviewed on: 25th July 2025
