Clear, concise, timely and precise

You receive clear and informative details of each and every transaction almost instantaneously. You are kept aware of what you have spent and your available spend in a very clear way. There is a record of all spends and a paper statement sent monthly. Tandem cards are widely accepted around the world and foreign exchange is at market price at the time of spend. Great earnings rate, not sure how it'll hold up long term though

.5% is as good as it gets, but I'm not sure Tandem can sustain the card if it isn't profitable. Some customer service reports about cards being closed due to unusual spend are worrying. Reviewed on: 10th May 2019

Excellent Travel Companion

Perfect credit card, offering fee free-spending worldwide. It's saved me a lot of money this year alone. From using the Halifax clairty card, tandem offering cashback made the move a no brainer. Reviewed on: 10th May 2019

LATEST CARD WITH "NOTHING" LATEST

- Doesnt work at ASDA self pay petrol stations (MYSTERIOUS) - No Apple Pay allowed - No Partner/ Secondary Card - No Credit increase allowed with 100% good payment history - No paperless statements - Some credits/ refunds don't appear on App despite showing when you call - App loses login details intermittently meaning you have to memorise password for App - Complaint handling is really, really, really bad - They have Sent cards and PINS arrived same day - TWICE after a few months Reviewed on: 10th May 2019

Get cash back even when sat on the beach

Great card with cashback on every purchase. No fees when using abroad and you also get the interbank exchange rates. Can’t recommend enough! Reviewed on: 10th May 2019
