Easy, fast and reliable

Tandem is so easy to use, I received my card within a couple of days and was able to use it straight away. If I ever have any queries I can message people on the app and get a response within seconds. Amazing service and all round fantastic at everything. Reviewed on: 10th May 2019

Love the amount of access you have with the linked app

Every purchase is instantly notified to you on your phone. Payments are made instantly and floating around for days. Customer service has always been very efficient when I’ve had to contact them. Reviewed on: 10th May 2019

Great alrounder

Use in the uk get cash back use abroad get cash back but the best bit is use the card and receive a notification of how much you have just spent very good for anti fraud as you would know immediately someone else used your card. No loading abroad either Reviewed on: 10th May 2019

Fresh and easy

Perfect!

No foreign transaction fees has saved me a lot of money and stress when travelling and abroad, and the monthly cashback is always a welcome bonus! I use my card for all my purchases, with the app making it very easy to keep track of my spending, and am very happy when I get the cashback reward at the end of the month. Always by my side

Tandem is amazing! I am amazed by the quick access I have to customer service who are able to respond to my questions and assist me in a timely manner. I love the fact that there are no fees using the card abroad, I travel a lot so this is major. Furthermore, I love that Tandem has such an easy app for me to use to track my spending instead of being shell shocked at the end of a month :) Reviewed on: 10th May 2019
