This bank makes me feel like it watches over my mone...

This bank makes me feel like it watches over my money when I'm not good at. It let's you put money aside I haven't seen yet a saving where higher rate and high rate & time before money able back is next one way you might help customers connect to credit agencies show it how bad or good you done that month. I used to think banks were all pretty much the same until I started using Starling. The instant notifications at transaction were an immediate change from the outdated banks I had been with before but it's all their own unique features that really makes them stand out! The Spaces feature with Linked Cards is a gamechanger and it all helps massively with budgeting as a student! Reviewed on: 24th April 2024

The app is the best there is...

Layout and functionality of the app is the best there is in banking apps; practical, user friendly and aesthetic. I would like a search feature where it can tell me how much I've spent / income in from specific vendors however this doesn't impact my day to day use of the app, a little add luxury. Excellent customer service with seamless safe banking

Really love the features that Starling offer, especially Spaces as it makes it so much easier to manage my money. Plus a savings account interest rate better than my previous bank. I also love how user friendly the app is and it's very visually pleasing. I've spoken to customer services via the chat on a few occasions since I became a customer and staff have been incredibly helpful and friendly. It is a good way for saving.

It is a good way for saving. I find this bank has helped me a lot. They have very good communication and are always aware when there’s an issue, and very quick upon fixing the problem. When accessing the app it’s very quick and efficient. I’ve had starling for over a year and will continue using it. i’ve recommended this app to many people as it’s helped me a lot with saving, etc. Reviewed on: 21st April 2024
