I've never had such a good experience with a mobile app before. I've been using Starling for about 3 years now and the app works seamlessly and you can do everything you need to through; which is probably why their customer service team respond so quickly when you start a chat. So easy to set up a new account and they take over and transfer all DD's and SO's from old bank to them. Really easy to use and navigate website and mobile site, easy to set up and transfer monies, lovely the spaces section and setting up a savings account was just simple.
