Review of the Starling Bank, Current account:

Down the drain

Starling used to be good but over the years they just increasingly worse. They are actively unhelpful, showcased by the most recent treatment of customers, where Starling refused to process chargebacks, causing customers to launch complaints via the Financial Ombudsam - instead of offering simple help that most other banks done successfully. We all cannot wait for the complaint to close so we can leave. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2026
