MARY - TOO EXCELLENT!

My most recent encounter with the suits me support team was on the 15/04/25. The customer support agent i spoke with was a girl named Mary, my query was with regards to my card being defected and this was handled and explained to me swift and clear. Mary the agent was very polite and helpful, her control on the call was very re-assuring and calming. This is terrible been on phone today for 4 hrs waiting to be answered and still didn't iv had such poor service with them ni communication and iv put in a compliant. Been waiting nearly 2 weeks for disputes to ring me about money being taken out of my account which I did not have 100 pound to be exact.
