I've been in contact with Suits Me for almost a year! Their staff is very professional, as you'd expect from a high street bank, they are kind, and they put a lot of heart providing the fast and best support no matter the effort and time it takes, I never felt rushed or treated badly like I am when contacting high street banks! This is a place where I'd like to continue banking for many many years to come and I hope other banks will pay attention and copy their fantastic work ethic! I highly recommend! Did not receive my card until over a month after my engage account was closed meaning I had no access to my account unless I transferred money to another account which cost me money each time I did so! I emailed a number of times and did not receive reply’s for days! Was also I alone to call and speak to anyone about this as the line just kept going to automated which would cost me money!
