Did not receive my card until over a month after my...

Did not receive my card until over a month after my engage account was closed meaning I had no access to my account unless I transferred money to another account which cost me money each time I did so! I emailed a number of times and did not receive reply’s for days! Was also I alone to call and speak to anyone about this as the line just kept going to automated which would cost me money! Not the greatest introduction or start to the service at all Reviewed on: 5th March 2025
