Well you might be happy with the cost of your insurance, and for years and years, but you never how good your insurance company is until you have to claim! I have only had to claim on a household policy twice in my life, once in my twenties (not a good experience!) and the second time was about two years ago at 58 years old, with Hamilton fraser, I can only say the experience was fantastic, I was dreading it but Hamilton fraser made it so easy that the only stress I had was from my tenants and it was them that had the chip pan fire not me!
