Large claims matter

I have used the company for 20+ years and always chose a high excess value rather than mess with small claims. (I don't believe insurance is an alternative to maintenance!) so had no claims until recently. I have now had two significant claims across the portfolio and both were dealt with brilliantly. Avoid paying out on claims
