Large claims matter

I have used the company for 20+ years and always chose a high excess value rather than mess with small claims. (I don't believe insurance is an alternative to maintenance!) so had no claims until recently. I have now had two significant claims across the portfolio and both were dealt with brilliantly. Provider to landlords associations

I have dealt with the company for many years, following them agreeing to cover all members of a landlords association in Dorset (since merged with the NLA) when a block insurer failed. All members were given immediate cover and then a period of time to confirm if they wanted to take the insurance, or, if not, no charge was made for the interim period of cover for those that opted out. I have stayed with them ever since (as have most members) and I do have experience of a subsidence claim which has been handled extremely well. Reviewed on: 31st July 2019
