Tried to open a cash isa, their app couldn't accept my user name, a competitor does, their chat support couldn't fix the issue, so I... Tried to open a cash isa, their app couldn't accept my user name, a competitor does, their chat support couldn't fix the issue, so I found it impossible to deposit, their chat support were then disinterested. Wasted a lot of time and they took a lot of personal details. Utter waste of time. Read more Read less

    I've found their real time service has been outstanding, their interest rates on cash are market leading (both gia and isa products) and their speed...
