Be Warned Trading 212!

Opened an account with Trading 212 to tip my toe in the investing water. Decided it was too complicated for a novice investor. Here comes the catch Trading 212 make it virtually impossible to get your funds out of their account system. I have virtually kissed goodbye to £500 as there seems to be no way out other that spend ages with a virtual chat room going round in circles. This is a genuine review to warn any other novice investors. I really can't afford to throw away £500 but seems there is no clear way to close the account and get your owns funds back.
