Easy to use app, rates ok

Easy to transfer in to the Cash ISA and got rate initally though it dropped fast - there are better now, though maybe newcomers still get a decent intro bonus. The app is easy to use. Reviewed on: 12th June 2025

Interest rates are determined by the banks with which we hold your cash, and the central bank rates also influence them. For example, when the Bank of England adjusts its base rate, it impacts the interest on cash. Decent money value but questionable ethics

Good value for money with the cinema tickets as long as you're careful to avoid the account charges by following the rules. Eventually switched away from them as I have issues with how ethical their investments are. Reviewed on: 12th June 2025

Review of the Monzo, Flex Purchase credit card:

Good basic credit card but no rewards or frills

I like being able to split larger payments interest free over time. In some other banking apps (Lloyds) it can be hard to find the minimum payment amount due on the credit card which is frustrating but I don't have that problem with the Flex card. There aren't any rewards associated with it. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Excellent current account service - perks good

Excellent current account service - cashback & 5% on roundups are excellent perks & rate of savings is ok though not market leading. Reviewed on: 3rd June 2024

Good reward advantages

Good current account with good reward advantages - I go for the cinema tickets, just remember to check the expiry date as I accidentally missed the cut off for two last year! Linked saver at a good rate also. Haven't had many issues & offer regular switching deals as far as I can see. £3 account fee/ month would be steep but you can get around it without much hassle.
