Perfect for a caring small business

We've had personal accounts for a while. But my wife and I also have micro social and ethical businesses and finding we could also have Social Venture account has been transformative. As always Triodos's core principles and active efforts to support ethical and eco businesses is paramount. But their customer service is the best we've experienced with any bank before: personal, friendly, accessible and knowledgeable. Reviewed on: 16th March 2022

Excellent ethical bank with a great range of options.

Excellent ethical bank with a great range of options. I opened my Triados account as I wanted my savings to be invested more ethically. I am intending to open a savings account in addition to my current account in addition to my lifetime ISA with another provider. It is also nice that they have a physical presence in my hometown (Bristol) whereas my other current account is with BoS and it is confusing understanding which branch I can go to as their partners have changed so many times recently. I am so pleased to have transferred to Triodos Bank. Firstly I can rest assured that I am banking with an environmental and ethically sound bank which outs my mind at ease, and secondly that I can rely on excellent banking with excellent service. Amazing bank that's making a difference

Triodos is a fantastic bank that really makes a difference with your money and gives full transparency in where it's invested. Social venture banking

21 years of banking without surprises or stupidity. That may not sound like much, but compared to other banks I've used, it's great. I don't want my bank to surprise me; I want the to be fair and uncomplicated. Easy to get on with, and helpful. Good website, though I did prefer the old one. No bull banking, and above all, with brilliant ethics. The Climate and Ecological Emergencies are the biggest medium and long term threats we face.
