Perfect for a caring small business

We've had personal accounts for a while. But my wife and I also have micro social and ethical businesses and finding we could also have Social Venture account has been transformative. As always Triodos's core principles and active efforts to support ethical and eco businesses is paramount. But their customer service is the best we've experienced with any bank before: personal, friendly, accessible and knowledgeable. Reviewed on: 16th March 2022

Nothing compares

We've banked around and then came Triodos. We were drawn in because of their ethical credentials and active policies. But we've been really impressed by the ongoing improvements to online and App banking. And customer service when we need it is friendly and effective. What's not to like Reviewed on: 16th March 2022
