There is plenty of good information available, accessible help including by phone, a user-friendly app and website, competitive interest rates and most importantly it is an ethical product from an ethical bank which offers clear explanations about the ethical basis of all its products. Good ISA to have.

This is a very handy account to have as it is very flexible with the ability to withdraw cash at any time with no penalties. Very easy to transfer money in or out online. I love that our money goes towards helping renewable projects all over the company and in particular small businesses who otherwise wouldn't get off the ground. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Triodos is a really impressive ethical bank whose values I admire. But also their products are easy to access and use (their app is great) and their customer service is excellent.
