Cash ISA with a clear conscience

Been a customer since 2018. I was looking for an ethical and sustainable bank. Thinking perhaps it didn’t exist and then I stumbled across Triodos. No greenwashing but in fact the purpose of Triodos is to be ethical. Setting up the account was incredibly easy. The app is very easy to use. Communication and support from the bank has been fantastic. I love seeing the impact my money has made. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2024

Excellent service

I love the fact that my savings are helping

I love the fact that my savings are helping ethical groups & organisations AND paying me a decent interest as well. Triodos - transparent, open and excellent communicator

Triodos is transparent in all its dealings with me and the bank is an excellent communicator! Being careful to ensure that they make me as a customer aware of how I can make best use of my ISA and sharing the difference I am making as a customer to the better wellbeing of the earth and all who live here. Good returns and customer service

We are pleased with the return on our ethical ISA, which is slightly lower than the big (toxic) banks, but to be expected. Whenever I have used the Customer Service helpline, I have not found myself in a huge queue, like my experiences with most other organisations, and the assistants are always very helpful.
