Good returns and customer service

We are pleased with the return on our ethical ISA, which is slightly lower than the big (toxic) banks, but to be expected. Whenever I have used the Customer Service helpline, I have not found myself in a huge queue, like my experiences with most other organisations, and the assistants are always very helpful.
