Ethical and user-friendly

There is plenty of good information available, accessible help including by phone, a user-friendly app and website, competitive interest rates and most importantly it is an ethical product from an ethical bank which offers clear explanations about the ethical basis of all its products. Savings doing right for me and the planet

Real money lending to real people for a fairer world.

I have saved with Triodos for ages. I attend their AGM's where I meet and chat with their CEO and other staff members. I've also been introduced to other ethical companies through their stall holders (e.g. Good Energy and Braintree). They are easily reachable on the phone too. Great customer service and the right ethics

Opening a new account felt very secure and I was kept informed of all security steps along the way, customer services quickly and efficiently answering my questions when I got a bit stuck.
