Triodos provides very good customer support and its online banking app works simply and efficiently. Knowing that I'm not contributing to the bad actors in this world via my bank account is reassuring. Reviewed on: 4th March 2026

Ethical, good value and good service

I have never banked with a friendly, helpful bank as Triodos. I banked with a so called ethical bank before but the customer service, wait time. helpfulness was abysmal. I assumed it was part of th3 price of banking ethically: the I got a Triodos current account and haven't looked back. Reviewed on: 16th January 2022
