Good phone communication

I have always experienced good and, very importantly, fairly prompt responses on the phone when I have (in particular) needed to clarify various things regarding my savings account regarding transferring money from my Mum's estate and out of it. I also got friendly and prompt responses at the period I was trying to open a Triodos current account, however you were ultimately unable to help as the only way was via the mobile phone App which never worked. I was told another way might become possible but heard nothing later on. At the moment am quite satisfied with my Nationwide current account so I haven't recently pursued it, but it was extremely frustrating over the couple of months I was trying. As a bank that defines itself by its ethics, it doesn’t just talk the talk. Website, customer service and banking choices don’t just make you feel good about your money.
