Easy process for claiming. Saved us a fortune!

We got pet insurance last year, for the first time, for our senior cats and one had a big accident which ripped his leg and he hid for a couple of days before we could get him to the vet. So it was a big job to get him fixed up - Sainsburys were great - easy to make the claim, paid direct to the vets and easy to switch over the claim when our cat moved care from the vet hospital back to our regular vet. Such a relief at a very stressful time. Cat is now fine, and we had to spend a lot less than if we'd not been insured! Reviewed on: 2nd September 2026

Paypal is easy to use, and very flexible

Paypal is easy to use, great for spreading costs over several months with no interest, and really good for guaranteed purchase refunds if something goes wrong. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
