Ethical and user-friendly

There is plenty of good information available, accessible help including by phone, a user-friendly app and website, competitive interest rates and most importantly it is an ethical product from an ethical bank which offers clear explanations about the ethical basis of all its products. Making you feel part of their vision

Chose to bank with Triodos because of their strong ethical stance. Although their interest rates are not the highest, I have no regrets. A bank that is clear about what they will and will not invest in is very important to me - as is the fact that Triodos are very transparent about the projects they lend to. Triodos place the environment and ethics first.

Triodos place the environment and ethics first. Not the highest rates on the market but better than the big high street banks. They don't take on customers from sectors with ethical issues and lend to worthwhile community and environmental projects. I've found customer service to be good. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
