Chose to bank with Triodos because of their strong ethical stance. Although their interest rates are not the highest, I have no regrets. A bank that is clear about what they will and will not invest in is very important to me - as is the fact that Triodos are very transparent about the projects they lend to. Ethical bank which also provides excellent service

I have had a current account with Triodos since they first started offering them. It is easy to operate, clear to understand and I have never had any problems. But above all I know that the ethics of Triodos mean that money is being put to very good use. Reviewed on: 24th January 2025

Ethical banking

My husband and I have had a current account with Triodos since it was introduced and have always been pleased with it. It’s straightforward to operate, secure and above all ethical. On the very odd occasions we have needed to contact Triodos that too has been straightforward. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Ethical and excellent

We have had a personal current account with Triodos since such accounts became available. Excellent online account, very good app, easy to contact customer service on very odd occasions that is available. And on top of all that, and most importantly, completely transparent and ethical. Ethical bank, excellent service

We have a current account, savings account and ISAs with Triodos. We were attracted to them because of their ethical stance and their transparency in where the money goes. The customer service is also excellent. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022
