There is plenty of good information available, accessible help including by phone, a user-friendly app and website, competitive interest rates and most importantly it is an ethical product from an ethical bank which offers clear explanations about the ethical basis of all its products. A bank you can believe in

It's brilliant having a bank where you know your money is being used for building a world you can believe in. Triodos also offer a decent interest rate on their ISA, and banking with them has become a whole lot easier now that they are fully online. I wholly recommend them. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Ethical in every way

Of course I opened my account because of Triodos’s ethical ethos but I’m happy to say that the customer service had been excellent too. What has been really noticeable is how their interest rates have increased as soon as the base rate has been increased, unlike some other mainstream banks Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Comfortable, banking with Triodos.

Banking with Triodos, I'm confident and comfortable that the money is being used 'for good', which I appreciate can sound trite, but it sure as heck is better than 'to dig in a manner that damages the people and things on the planet but improves investor's dividends', for example. One reason I know this is Triodos' transparency of affairs, written in human-readable style without recourse to painful jargon (which always feels designed to hide rather than explain).
