The only bank that I will use

I have banked withTriodos for many years and have several accounts. There customer service is excellent - it is easy to speak with someone by phone and the people I have spoken with have all been knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. That just adds to the pleasure of banking with a company that uses my money for good purposes. Good rates, constructive investing, stable

Better rates than HSBC, confidence that money being used to support constructive causes, and more stable than the high street banks eg unaffected by the financial crash as not investing in sub-prime debs etc. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2025

User friendly bank with positive impact

Market leading ethics and transparency

Market leading environmental lending, ethics and transparency. A little way to go but progressing in terms of modernizing there app and user experience keep up with other online banks. Good customer service. Reviewed on: 30th March 2025

Excellent Banking experience.

Excellent Banking experience. In a world where a lot of banks use funds for negative purposes I love that my money with Triodos is used towards positive ethical and sustainable causes. In addition there is and added transparency to where the money is going. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

Triodos Bank's Cash ISA is first-rate..

Triodos Bank is much better than any other bank I have dealt with in the past fifty years. Their Cash ISA may not give the highest interest rate but I know that my money will be doing good while it's with Triodos. I also get a friendly, efficient and immediate service whenever I contact them, and they keep me updated on how they invest my money; no other bank is anywhere near so transparent and informative.
