Triodos is great for Ethical investments & savings.

I use Triodos for Ethical investments & savings. Interest rates are good & I trust that my money is being put towards good causes. Access is easy as can be managed online, but customer service is great if you need to talk to a person. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Ethical bank with great customer service

Not only is Triodos one of the most ethical banks in the UK, but their customer service is also excellent. Whenever I've dealt with them, responses and solutions are rapid, and you feel agents genuinely want to help you. Strongly recommend. Reviewed on: 12th March 2025

FEELING GOOD ABOUT HOW MY SAVINGS ARE INVESTED

The best balance of ethical and user-friendly

Triodos is arguably the best balance of ethical and user friendly. They invest purely in projects and companies that are beneficial to the planet, and their website and app are easy to use. Interest rates are competitive, and I've never once had an issue accessing my money or customer support. Anyone who is worried that switching banks could be a headache needn't worry about that with Triodos - I found the switch very easy to do, and that was before the app came along that makes everything even easier.
