A caveat for the disabled.

I already have a savings account with Triodos and wished to add an ISA. Unfortunately it is not possible to open one without the use of a smart phone of certain level of specification/security. Because I have physical impairment, I cannot use touch screen technology and the bank have been unable to offer an alternative. Fortunately there are other savings providers and platforms out their that I can invest with and some where I can even stipulate into which way my funds are directed. ie ethically. Whilst the level of customer service is good and correspondence has been clear and logical, I cannot recommend the bank to anyone with a disability, who might similarly be disappointed by their inflexibility of protocols.
