Great transparency

I really like the transparency Triodos offers about the investments they are making. I can see what they invest in, including the investments they make in my local area. Most of my life has been with Triodos

Tax free interest on climate friendly investments!

I could find no better way to invest my money in an ethical while profitable way. All the financing goes to projects that respect the environment and the people. And tax free! Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

Inspiring ethics and the very best customer service

Their customer service is outstanding - after a very short wait, I speak to informed, articulate, responsive person who sounds genuinely motivated to resolve my issue - and always does so. I never have to chase up actions: they are always done after the first call. Their commitment to making the world a better place, and doing the right thing is so deeply inspiring. It is so important to me that I have the option of investing in genuinely ethical businesses (not a greenwashed investment fund like so many sadly are.
