People focused

It was so good to phone the bank when I had a query about our investment. We didn't have to wait long for it to be answered and instead of hearing lots of recorded messages we were connected to a very helpful customer service person who dealt with our issue very straigtforwardly and personably. being sure my money is well used

I decided on adding a stocks and shares ISA to my existing Triodos savings and current accounts as I knew that the money would definitely be used in an ethically careful way - but also productively. Knowing exactly where your money is going is a big difference to the generalisations offered by other so-called ethical savings and investments.
