I like the ethos of the bank, especially the support for sustainable and ethical companies. This drew me to invest with Triodos, the communication via email and ease of setting up my first ever S&S Isa is great and I know that I have several different options to invest, depending on my risk appetite. I like Triodos' ethical responsibility, although I wish they wouldn't use the despicable climate criminals Barclays as the paying-in account when you invest. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Easy experience with an ethical bank

I have not had to speak directly to them as the service is intuitive. As such I cannot comment on customer service but it is positive I have not needed it. I am unsure on value for money- I think it is fair but I chose Triodos for their ethical base and that was the main reason I chose them. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
