Easy to set up - benefits us and wider community

We were able to set up the account online with very little effort. The app was very straightforward to use and the security processes had been thought through carefully to make them straightforward to perform. On the one occasion we felt uncertain about a technical detail of our account we received an answer by a human within 5 minutes. Seeing results from your savings

I have had a series of 3 or 4 year ethical saving bonds with Triodos. The interest on these has been good but more importantly I’ve known I was investing in sustainable projects and the bank has kept me informed of these projects and their progress. A good outcome! Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

Good advice and worthwhile investments

This bank has given me helpful advice online and by phone. Investing money with Triodos feels less daunting than with other financial organisations and feels more altruistic.
