A Friendly Force for Good

I’ve saved with Triodos for more than 15 years. The staff have always been helpful and friendly. You can get a higher rate of interest elsewhere, but with Triodos you know your money is being invested ethically. And the savings bond now pays a decent rate without tying up your money for more than a year. Reviewed on: 25th January 2025

Bond, easy to set up and view

The bond was easy to set up and pay in funds. Internet banking platform could be a bit easier to navigate, but I am only using it to occasionally view the bond and am only guessing at what it would be like to do more complex things on a current account - so perhaps that is fine enough. I have only called customer services once and they seemed good. I can't give a higher rating as I have not really had to deal with them on anything where I needed real help. This was the first bank account that I wanted to open and that I opened for myself. It was a very comprehensive process that put me at ease. Responsible and ethical banking

I had a savings account for a few years, and as Triodos Bank was working well for me, I decided to take the next step and invest in a Triodos Ethical Savings Bond. This was set up on-line which was easy to do. I've been happy with my funds being placed in Triodos and feel they are being used in an ethical way and responsible way. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2024
