Having paid home contents insurance for the past 5 years, loyally to TSB, we never had the need to claim, until out IPAD broke, we could have just replaced it, but thinking of how much we had paid over the 5 years (£34 a month x 60 months = £2040) we figured we should claim. the ipad just needed a new charger port, but also had a small crack in the screen ( which did not affect use).
