Having paid home contents insurance for the past 5 years, loyally to TSB, we never had the need to claim, until out IPAD broke, we could have just replaced it, but thinking of how much we had paid over the 5 years (£34 a month x 60 months = £2040) we figured we should claim. the ipad just needed a new charger port, but also had a small crack in the screen ( which did not affect use). But they rejected out claim blaming the charge issue on the crack ( the crack had been there 6 months prior to the charge failing). needless to say we cancelled on the spot Reviewed on: 7th July 2016
