Fast to answer English Speaking assistant

When you call with a issue you get an English speaking assistant, the picks up the phone and deals with the issue, It makes a refreshing change from being on hold for 30min and then trying to understand someone based on the other side of the world Reviewed on: 10th March 2025

Drawn out application process

After initial hurdles to jump over, we eventually had our account opened last October. Since then everything has been fine and service has been good. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

good for small charities

We place some charity fund with them for one year. They notified us of our options on maturity in plenty of time and we were happy to reinvest with them at their competitive rates. This was one of the few accounts that would accept charity funds so we were very glad to have found them. Opening the account was the usual hassle but at least we felt that they met their money laundering obligations and our money would be safe. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

I’ve been using a United Trust Bank business deposit account and I’m really happy with it. The setup was easy, the interest rates are good, and their customer service has always been friendly and helpful. good rates of interest for low minimum balance

My company has used them to invest spare funds for a number of years now. They pay competitive rates of interest with a low minimum balance. This year I have also invested cash from a charity with them. I am pleased that they now have online access to business and charity accounts. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

Good products with great service.

Only savings bank to answer my call promptly with a knowledgeable helpful person based at the bank. UTB offered simple savings products at good rates which met our company needs. The great service continued when opening our account. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025
