Having an App has improved my experience

Easy to set up and make deposits, avent had any issues with withdrawals. At first it was all a little tedious doing things by email and post, but now there is an app available communication is much better. Reviewed on: 13th March 2026

Approachable and accessible

I have used United Trust Bank for both business and personal banking for a few years and have found the staff to be efficient, professional and friendly. It has been easy to open accounts both on the phone and online. It is always good to be able to actually talk to a person. Reviewed on: 12th March 2026

Superb customer service.

I have used UT for two business bonds as well as a personal saving account and found their customer service to be of the highest level. Enquiries quickly and efficiently handled by knowledgeable staff that treat you in a professional and coutious manner whilst preserving common sense. Reviewed on: 12th March 2026

United Trust best in class

The United Trust business savings product provides a fantastic tracker so I don’t have to constantly check what they are doing with the interest rate leaving me free to focus on my business.
